Looking back over my recent writing, one theme stands out — be yourself.
To be yourself in an authentic way you need to strip away all the conditioning and thought patterns you have accumulated throughout your life — this can be easier said than done.

You have to make an effort to find your true self. You are born into a family with certain beliefs, culture and traditions. Yet you choose your path for yourself. You find your own ideas.
When you suppress your true nature you can feel as though you are playing a role in someone else’s movie.
Don’t play a supporting role in your own life.
Your life has its own purpose and meaning. You are not here to please others or fill space as an extra in someone else’s movie — this is your life!
