Thanks for commenting. It’s a question that deserves to be asked. I’m fortunate to work in a more open-minded business — but even so, I don’t see many without MBAs sliding up the career pole. Many creative people make excellent managers because they understand the heart of things and are able to inspire and get the best out of others. They have a tendency to speak the truth which makes them invaluable for companies seeking to disrupt or innovate.
