I suspect many writers and other creative types are tardy ~ we live in our heads that’s all… It’s similar to the messy desk syndrome (although I have a freakishly clean desk…)

I agree it would be boring to be too punctual ~ creatives should live on the wild side a little. However adding time contingencies is a good one. I can see the benefit. For instance, if you get yourself within striking distance of where you need to be ~ then you could always have a nice coffee with time up your sleeve.

I don’t usually do New Year resolutions ~ but being more on time is one I would say I should attempt every year!
