Oh, a prompt poet ~ how nice!

Yes, customer service requires good time keeping. We adapt to our environments. Fortunately I live near my office as changed jobs last year. My daily schedule is more relaxed now I don’t have to worry about catching trains. It is easy and pleasurable to walk to work ~ of course I may be late if I discover a haiku along the way!

There are some things which are important not to be missed and others less so. The key is to know which is which!
