Excellent point, Travis. We are who we are because of our experiences not in spite of them. I didn’t mention in my article but I also performed in theater and films. It was a big part of my life at one point and not something I regret at all. Exploring alternative personas through acting was the most illuminating thing I could have done. Likewise, your theater studies have provided you immense value — which cannot be priced. I am huge believer in the intrinsic value of education for the purpose of personal development. Yeah, it costs a bomb too. But it is not something that can ever be taken away from you. Thanks again!
